: A frantic alert has been issued for three missing children in the Kuwadzana Section area of Harare. The disappearance, which is causing widespread concern, was announced on social media this evening, Thursday, 2 October 2025.

The alarm was raised by Bishop Nyasha Manhango of the Bethesda Apostolic Church, who released a public notice addressed to the church’s Secretary General.

Their names are Reynold Mukudzei Matsiwe (3) , Anopa Muzanago (1) and Anotipaishe Muzanago (3). The notice, titled “RE: Missing Children Kuwadzana Section,” urged the community to join in a collective search effort and immediately raise awareness (raise Awareness) of the situation.

The key points from Bishop Manhango’s message, originally written in Shona, translate as:

1. Missing Children Alert: “We have received sad news that we should put all our heads together to search for the children who are missing and raise awareness.”

2. Specific Location: The missing individuals are children who were attending a social gathering (Kuwadzana) and are believed to be in the area of the missing section.

3. Call to Action: Bishop Manhango has asked the church and the community to use all platforms, including WhatsApp Statuses, Church Groups, and Church services, to spread the message and assist in the search efforts.

4. Church Involvement: The Bishop stated that he and the church leadership (Manhango vaenda vakonaona nemhuri idzi) have met with the affected families and are appealing for prayers from believers (tindokumbira titsvage nyasha dzaMwari).

This is a developing story. Any person with information regarding the whereabouts of the three missing children is urged to immediately contact the nearest police station.
