A truck from Tika Chem Investments (Pvt) Ltd damaged the guard rails and pavement at the Trabablas Interchange on July 8, 2025, after its load of granite fell.
The Vehicle Inspection Department (VID) has taken the truck, and the Ministry of Transport has told the owner to pay for all the repairs. The truck will only be released after the repairs are done and it passes a safety check by VID.
