SAD?: A man has just been fatally hit by a speeding Jeep Cherokee at Samy Levy's Village area in Borrowdale, Harare, while he was trying to cross the road.
The pedestrian was going towards Village Walk from Pomona Food Court when the driver of the Jeep, driving towards Domboshava, attempted to overtake, only to knock down the man, witnesses said.
This has happened less than a fortnight when a biker failed to negotiate a curve and collided with a kombi, and died on the spot at the same area.
