carrying 99 passengers instead of 72 passengers, meaning it was overloaded by 27 passengers. The driver was fined for passenger overloading and for exceeding the allowed weight. Before the bus was allowed to continue its journey, the driver was told to arrange other transport for the 27 extra passengers.
