Econet, you are thieves! This is daylight robbery. I bought Smart 4U bundles for US$15 on 17 September 2025, and you said they were unlimited. The bundle was supposed to last until 17 October 2025, but before it even finished, I was switched to the US$11 Smart 4U bundle.
I bought the new bundle before the first one had expired, and now on 19 October 2025, I’m being told that I’ve already exhausted my bundles, because the US$11 one is not unlimited!
This is clear robbery by Econet. Don’t fall for this Smart 4U scam. When you go to them for answers, they just say, “It’s not our fault,” and promise to tell their bosses, yet they’ve already taken your money.I switched to netone for data. Have never had an issue since
