Executive Coaches
I’m really disappointed by the experience I had with Executive Coaches.
On our first trip from Bulawayo to Harare, the journey was extremely uncomfortable the bus was constantly jerking from heavy emergency braking, which made it hard to rest or enjoy the trip. I decided to overlook that and had already bought two more tickets for my sister and sister-in-law for their trip to Harare the next day.
Unfortunately, their bus broke down in Kadoma, and they were stranded outside for over three hours with no clear communication or assistance from the company. In the end, they had to find their own transport to Harare and pay an extra $10 each just to complete the journey.
The driver had assured them that Executive Coaches would refund the money, but now the company says all they can offer is a $5 discount on the next trip. That’s not fair especially after the stress, inconvenience, and extra costs caused by their breakdown.
After two bad experiences in a row, I honestly don’t think we’ll be using Executive Coaches again. I just hope they take customer service and safety more seriously in the future.
