Breaking news: A Toyota Fortuner crashed into a drainage along Borrodale Road, just past Borrodale Primary School.
Witnesses claim the driver was reckless and had been involved in multiple incidents, including a collision in Highlands Park and an altercation with a soldier near State House.
The driver allegedly fled the scene, abandoning his vehicle after it crashed into the drainage. Despite attempts to apprehend him, he escaped.
