South African National Defence Force (SANDF) has intercepted 3 luxury vehicles valued at 3 million

The South African National Defence Force (SANDF) has intercepted three luxury vehicles valued at more than R2.5 million during operations along the Limpopo border with Zimbabwe, in recent days.

 

 

 

 

The seizures form part of intensified patrols to clamp down on vehicle smuggling and cross-border crime.

 

 

 

In one incident, soldiers at a Vehicle Control Point on Malala Road stopped a Nissan Navara worth R720,000, traced to Bluebird Trio (Pty) Ltd in Hermanus. Around Musina, troops confiscated a Ford Ranger valued at R909,900, registered to an owner in Kwa-Mhlanga, Mpumalanga. The third recovery involved a Toyota Fortuner, valued at R999,000, seized in the Malala/Gumbu area.
