According to the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP), the incident occurred at around midday at a company operating in the area. The victims died on the spot
after a pallet carrying glass panels fell on them while it was being offloaded from a truck.Authorities say investigations are underway to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the accident, including whether proper safety procedures were followed during the offloading process.
