WAR Veteran, Cde Luke Mushore who died on June 13, has been declared a national hero.
The Minister of Veterans of the Liberation Struggle Affairs, Honourable Monica Mavhunga made the announcement at the Mushore homestead in Centenary this Friday afternoon.
Cde Luke Mushore who was popularly known by his Chimurenga name, Dick Joboringo, was born in 1949 and became one of the early cadres to join the liberation struggle in 1972.
