Very disappointed with British Airways. On a recent trip to Zimbabwe, my luggage went missing twice once on the way to Bulawayo and again on the return journey. I am now 72 hours without my luggage, with no resolution in sight.
What makes this worse is the lack of real customer service. Everything is automated, with no meaningful updates or human accountability. For an airline of this calibre, this level of service is unacceptable.
British Airways, this needs urgent attention. Passengers deserve better.British air ways has NEVER valued African customers! They use old air planes to Africa and customer service has ALWAYS been subpar! But it’s a conversation many Africans are not ready for!
