#WATCH: City eatery catches fire
Swift response by the City of Mutare Fire Brigade helped avert a potential disaster after dousing a fire that broke out at one of the Eat 'n' Lick outlets in Mutare CBD this afternoon.
The fire reportedly started in the roof, with thick smoke billowing from the chimney.
This prompted alert staff and members of the public to contain the flames before alerting the fire department.
No casualties or major damage to property were reported
