Yesterday, ZRP officers at a roadblock on the Harare–Masvingo Road arrested Lucky Dube (39) and Tapiwa Dube (45) in connection with the theft of a Toyota Hilux Raider.
The vehicle was being towed from Beitbridge to Harare. Investigations showed that the Toyota Hilux Raider had been stolen in Pretoria, South Africa. It had fake vehicle and radio licences, and the number plates on it actually belonged to a different vehicle.
