Two young British nationals sentenced to 6 years in Zimbabwe for cannabis case   Two British nationals, Tihaise Darlin Elisha (18) and Taylor Tamara Simone (20), have been given six-year sentences each in Zimbabwe after authorities found cannabis in their luggage at Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport.           The two arrived on May 1 aboard Ethiopian Airways Flight ET 873. Acting on helpful information, CID Drugs and Narcotics Unit officers searched their suitcases and found 53 packets of cannabis.           The Harare Magistrates’ Court handled their case and delivered the sentence. SAD💔 | A sad road accident happened early in Nguboyenja, Bulawayo, where a Zimpapers driver lost his life. Silas Bhunu was delivering newspapers when his motorbike was hit by a car driven by an unlicensed driver.         The driver, Melusi Nkomo (19) from Nkulumane 12, had reportedly taken a white Toyota Hilux GD6 without the owner's permission. He was helped by a security guard and another man named Shelton Dube. Nkomo was driving with eight passengers when he went into the wrong lane and hit Bhunu’s motorbike. There are strong rumours going around that popular musician Sulumani Chimbetu proposed to Dr Grace Mugabe, the wife of the late former President of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe.   The proposal is said to have happened in Mazowe after the two met by surprise.
