Harare City Parking Vehicle With Camera

Today, I got a parking ticket from a City Parking vehicle with a camera while I was stopped at a traffic light. The City Parking vehicle crossed the intersection as I waited to move. When we later parked, the marshal told us we already had a ticket from two minutes earlier.         I wonder how many people are being told they have arrears they don’t even know about. Because we usually don’t have time to argue over these charges, we just pay them, yet it feels like smart stealing from the public.Imbavha idzi MBAVHA chaidzo nxaaa         Chimota chakutyisa ichochi kudarika ZANU.Kamota ngakamiswe akooo pachiri pedo         Unotopinda my town uine chikwerete kareeI was fined $49
